No experience needed and no need to bring anything! All supplies are included. Learn new tricks and techniques working with the world’s most versatile medium, “acrylic paint.” This hands-on step-by-step class will give you the techniques to paint like a pro, even if you have never touched a brush before. After taking this class you will gain the confidence to create your own artwork at home! Classes are offered by session (4 classes) or single class drop-in.

Graciela Placak is a local, Bay Area artist, who currently resides in Tiburon. Graciela was born in Madrid Spain and raised in Colombia, where she was influenced by her large family of artists. Since moving to Northern California in 1983 she has been featured in numerous one-woman shows and has been commissioned to make specialized pieces for murals, mosaics, stained glass, and portraits for both commercial and private clients. She is best known for her vibrant use of color and realistic depictions of Northern California’s most scenic locations.
